Reference Components

Sonika features a high-performance 4-inch woofer with a thick aluminum frame to optimize its resistance and rigidity. The driver itself is made from a non-conductive fiberglass voice coil. The tweeter is a 29mm model with shielded neodymium. Sonika is a concentrate of technology.

IRS (Internal Ribs System)

The new "rib" assembly system guarantees superior mechanical stiffening, as the alternating thickness acts as bracing. The resulting channels are used for a " reasoned " insertion of the sound-absorbing material, so as to avoid the formation of standing waves inside the cabinet. The drivers are mounted on a 36mm plywood panel. The woofer flare is shaped so as not to cause the tube effect due to the thickness itself.
